A change for the good cause
La Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale wanted a new website to support its change in communication / marketing strategy. What made the FRM strong needed to be respected but the website had to embrace the new ambition.
Hence, the FRM decided to request the market in order to find the best Digital agency and solution to fulfill its requirements.
They requested MyConsulting group to support them in the process of selecting the right partner.

What we did?
This was a consultancy mission to support La Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale during its decision process.
Mission
We collected needs and produced the Requirements document. We provided the frame work to request digital agencies and to chose from the different providers.
We supported FRM during the selection process.
We finally worked on the contract for the project, with the selected agency.
Platform
Agencies had the opportunity to propose their preferred platform. Strapi was recommended. We analyzed the solution from functional and technical perspectives so that FRM was sure it is consistent with their requirements.
