Order of Malta France: A Legacy of Compassion and Engagement

Order of Malta France stands as a member of one of the world's most venerable organizations, the Order of Malta. Their unwavering mission is to provide vital aid and support to those in need while actively combating precarious conditions in France.

With a network of 13 health and medico-social establishments and 34 local units throughout the country, they are deeply embedded in the communities they serve.

Their website serves multiple essential purposes. It serves as a platform to showcase the impactful work that the Order of Malta is accomplishing in the field, highlighting the dedicated efforts of our volunteers and their impactful projects.

Beyond its informative role, their website serves as a crucial channel for collecting donations. The primary objective behind the redevelopment of the website was to enhance the effectiveness of donation collection and foster increased engagement from individuals, encouraging them to contribute their time and financial resources towards our noble cause.

What we did?

This was a consultancy mission to support Ordre de Malte France during its decision process.

Mission

We collected needs and produced the Requirements document. We provided the frame work to request digital agencies and to chose from the different providers.
We supported OdMF during the selection process.
We finally coordinated the agencies that were selected during the design phase, in order to ensure the requirements were respected.

Platform

Agencies had the opportunity to propose their preferred platform. Wordpress was recommended. We analyzed the solution from functional and technical perspectives so that OdMF was sure it is consistent with their requirements.
